Everything was average.
Urban Oasis is very well located and the view from our room was truly exceptional. Reception was good and very friendly. However, one of the pillowcases was dirty and the cupboards in the room were falling apart a bit. However, our room was also not as in the photos, but this is probably because there are many rooms for rent. Have to say, overall I was a bit disappointed with our stay.
The apartment was absolutely breathtaking. Please refer to Room 501! The view of the table mountain was out of this world.
