A standard key and breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.

The holding deposit is completed through a secure link using a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount, which will be released within 14 days after checkout if no claims have been reported. If a credit card is not available for the holding deposit, the deposit can be paid via EFT, but it must be processed and reflected in our account before arrival. We will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest's account.

If neither of the 2 options above has been completed, a refundable cash or debit card payment must be made before check-in can be finalized, and a minimum fee of R150 will apply for processing the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.

No keys will be handed over without the above requirements being met.

A late check-in fee will apply for check-ins after 18:00.

The breakage deposit may be waived at management's discretion.
