1 guests' feedbackWe arrived there and heard that we had a stranger that would stay on the premises with us which we didn't want because this was a family trip and it's never happened to us ever while booking through the website. We essentially had a babysitter. We followed all the house rules of the owner. When we left, the owner looked for any excuses to keep our breakage deposit even though we didn't break anything within the house. We have always left the places we have stayed in, in the same condition we found them.

House rules
1. Noise and disturbances. No loud music and noise are permitted between 22h00 and 08h00.
2. Visitors. A maximum of 6 guests are permitted to visit you during your stay. Only the number of people booked for in advance are allowed to sleep over (Maximum capacity of 14 people in House)
3. Parties. No parties are permitted.
4. Parking. Garage can Park 2 big vehicles or 3 smaller, behind gate allows for two extra vehicles. No other guests are allowed to park on the premises and should park outside. Please do not park on the neighbour’s lawn.
5. Security. Please remember to lock all doors, windows and close security gates when leaving the premises. Basic precautions and security measures should be followed, to protect yourself, your personal belongings and that of neighbours. View@34 Marine accommodation takes no responsibility for any loss of goods due to theft or otherwise.
6. Water. Nelson Mandela bay is in the midst of a severe drought, please use water sparingly. Water saving measures are vital.
7. Smoking. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Ashtrays are provided at weather friendly designated smoking areas.
8. Children and Elderly. Please note that the house have stairs and a swimming pool.
9. Pets. Pets are allowed with prior arrangement but not allowed on furniture.
10. Damages and breakages. Damages and breakages will be billed according to replacement value after the stay. Please report any damages or breakages. Guest will be liable for any damage to property during their stay.
11. Check-ins and check-outs. Check-in is between 14:00 and 19:00, please make arrangements if late check in is needed. A representative will meet you at the property for check in. Check out is at 10:00.
12. Deposit. R3000.00 Brakeage deposit must be EFT’d before arrival, and will be refunded 7 days after your stay.
