17 guests' feedbackThe villa is an excellent choice for a relaxing break. Lovely safe location only a few minutes' walk to a lovely long sandy beach. Communication before was excellent, giving details for check-in, etc., and quick replies to any questions before arrival. The villa was very spacious and very well equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer. We really appreciated an extra freezer as there were 6 of us for extra food and ice. Good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms with good powerful showers. The only negative for us as a group of friends was the upstairs bedroom had no door - it was a loft-style room and open plan with a bath, but otherwise an excellent stay. We appreciated the fans in the bedrooms were on when we arrived as it was a very hot day, and the rooms were lovely and cool. Nice outside braai area with the pool at one side - all in all, an excellent stay. Thank you.

Villa Konstanja is comfortably furnished with everything you need for a weekend at the sea, and is also pet friendly! Carol was very helpful with directions and handing over the key on arrival.
Die Villa is pragtig en goed ingerig. Ons was goed ontvang en die Villa het ons verras met sy ruim ruim leefarea en oopplan-kombuis. Alles was skoon en netjies. Die bestuurder is 'n lieflike mens en baie behulpsaam. Ons beplan al reeds ons volgende wegbreek na Villa Konstanja. Dankie dat ons gebruik kon maak van die Villa en ons sal dit definitief aanbeveel.

Everything is at your fingertips, beach, pool, braai, plenty of fridge space, extra freezer, DStv and for all the dog lovers out there, it’s a dog's paradise.
We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house. All was neat and clean and the house had a lovely atmosphere.
We had a lovely time at the villa with the whole family. The distance to the beach is fantastic for early morning and afternoon walks with the fur babies. More effort to cleaning could have been done, and the visit from the maintenance manager that just walked in around the back instead of knocking on the front door was not pleasant.
We as a family enjoyed our stay at the villa. Stunning location. Awesome place. The peace and quiet and waking up with the beautiful sound of the sea and birds chirping. I will definitely go again.
Nice and pleasant home, clean and beautifully maintained. Pleasant surroundings. There are just too many positives to mention about the house.
There are not many places that are so well equipped, comfortable and pet-friendly at such a reasonable price. Villa Konstanja is one of them. The dishwashing machine meant no dishes for the whole weekend, washing machine and tumble dryer meant you didn't have to bring your entire wardrobe with you, a big lawn for the dog to play in, a mobile crib for the baby and an indoor braai/fireplace and open plan living area meant we could all be in one area together most of the time. A 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the nearest shop was also super convenient. It truly was a relaxing weekend away, we hope to be back again soon!
Villa Konstanja is a fully equipped modern style residential unit where one can find peace and quiet. It is a stone's throw from the beach. I would highly recommend the accommodation and would use the holiday destination again.

Very relaxing and appropriate as couples each had their own room. Location was suitable as we could do activity by the sea. Feedback from couples is awesome! Would not hesitate to book again.

Please note, if there are balances payable by the guest, payment is due 30 days prior to arrival directly to Villla Konstanja's bank account as cash cannot be accepted at the Villa.An additional cleaning fee is payable over and above accommodation rates.
A refundable breakage deposit payable over and above accommodation rates will be refunded within 7 business days after departure should there be no damages to the property.
Guests must please bring their own swimming towels.
The establishment is pet-friendly on prior arrangements at an additional cost of R200 per pet per stay. Pets must be house trained and guests are required to provide their own pet beds and bedding as well as bowls.
Guests are required to provide their own washing powder, fabric softener, toilet paper, refuse bags, wood, fire starters, axe, etc.
Day visitors are not allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
Music is not allowed at the pool. Music may be played inside the house at a reasonable volume until 22:00 to ensure that neighbours are not disturbed.
Glasses and bottles are not allowed at the pool or inside it.
Hot pots and grids are not to be placed on the wooden table outside. There is a platform next to the braai for this purpose.
Hot coals are not to be placed in the dustbin.
The creepy crawly is to remain in the pool. It works on a timer and will be damaged if tampered with.
Children are to be supervised at the pool at all times.
Gravel stones are not allowed in the pool.
Guests are required to pick up after their pets.
Garbage bins are to placed out in Wednesday evening.
Smoking and vaping in the house.
Ashtrays are provided for cigarette butts and may not be thrown in the garden.
Bins are provided for bottles, tins, and caps.
The pool is serviced once a week, normally on Thursdays. They will announce themselves. Please ensure that pets are kept in the house while the pool is attended to.
Guests are required to leave the house in the same condition as when they arrived.
