We were kindly welcomed. Everything was explained quite clearly. The room is everything and more than in the picture. The breakfast was very nice. We really enjoyed the garden. The hostess made so much effort, we were 3 ladies and she divided the beds into 3 beds each.
We were on our way to go camping this weekend and literally had to remove all of our camping gear from our vehicle because it didn't feel safe to leave it inside. Although the room looks as pictured and is clean, the mattress and pillows are worn and need to be replaced. The WiFi switches on and off. It is not clearly indicated on the website that guests have to walk through the owners' private kitchen and living area with all their luggage to access the room. This makes it very uncomfortable. It is also not clear that breakfast is not included in this particular room - this makes the price for this particular area very high.
We were welcomed with open arms and immediately felt at home. The rooms were fully equipped and very tidy. It was perfect for us. The Uncle and Aunt's hospitality is priceless and we left very sad because they became friends. Thank you very much for a wonderful visit. The guesthouse gets an 8 out of 5 for everything.
The owners are there to help with anything. Rooms are modern and neat. The breakfast is a big surprise. Will definitely stay there again.
Guest house with beautiful facilities that we would be happy to recommend. However, GPS does not bring you to the right place, which creates problems in the evening to get there. When Google Maps indicates you are at your permit, you are still forty meters from the right place! We told the hostess about it.
I would book with Villa Mariss again anytime for further holidays.

We received a warm welcome. The rooms and the rest of the guest house were neat and clean. The breakfast that was included was delicious and more than we expected. We will definitely stay there again.
The hosts are just amazing. They were super helpful, we had a nice chat and they are easy to communicate with. Breakfast was yummy! And the hostess made it very early in the morning with a smile. I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone. It is central, close to Cape Gate shopping centre and right next to the Mediclinic.
The room is small but absolutely comfortable and convenient enough. It is perfectly suited for business travel. People are friendly and very helpful. Thank you.
