The apartment has a beautiful sea view and the facilities in the complex are great. It was however very difficult to park our large vehicle in the dedicated parking area. The apartment had everything you need and more. We had a lovely stay and the beautiful sea view was awesome. We loved it.
The narrow parking bay was challenging to say the least. No working tumble dryer. Outdated and broken stove. Electrician came to look at the db board because the oven kept tripping it. The problem still persisted. Door from TV room, leading onto balcony, the lock is broken. Sliding doors all need new wheels. Stainless steel braai dish needs a proper deep clean. Broken kitchen cabinet doors. Chipped and cracked coffee mug. People need to be informed that when using the aircon, that the mop bucket needs to be emptied out regulary so that the balcony isnt an accident zone. Extreemly helpful agent (Karen). Very friendly and helpful security guard. the king-size beds in the two rooms were a bonus as it was advertised as doubles.
Beautiful sea view. Walking distance from nearest beach. Driving distance from shops. Quiet and safe environment. Away from all the action. Ideal for relaxing.
It had been a very nice holiday. A washing machine would be very useful. DStv will also be very valuable especially on stormy days and when everyone is avoiding shopping centers due to COVID 19. The parkings are terrible now especially if you have a big car. Apart from the above, we will definitely go on holiday there again and can recommend Villa Royale 710 at any time.
Just as a suggestion, maybe a little larger fridge as we were not able to keep all our groceries in the fridge.
The apartment is well managed by Karen and the booking was very well managed. The flat is good, but bumps, bumps, bumps and another time bumps for cruise control. It's not Villa Royale's problem but the municipal authority. It makes driving a regular vehicle really unpleasant. The parking is also very bad.
The unit is spacious with everything you need. Clean, tidy and safe with a beautiful sea view. Will definitely stay there again!
Spacious, beautiful views, sea facing with cyrstal clear pool. Close to shopping mall, and safe and secure area. Kids loved the pool. One word of advice, take your own bath towels, as the ones provided are only changed every 7th day. All round very beautiful area.
Villa Royal is in a quiet area so there is little noise. Very good service from the staff. One only has to drive to a swimming beach. The beach at Villa Royale is incredibly special, unspoilt and you literally sit in the cleanest water with fish around you. The rocks are pristine, beautiful. Feel like your own private beach. Definitely soul food.

We do not accommodate bookings for guests under the age of 25. At least 1 person in the group must be older than 25.
A 1-hour cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and two-night bookings. This cleaning service includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms and braai areas, and sweeping and mopping all floors but does not include dishes.
