2 guests' feedbackHighly recommended. We were welcomed with a smile and we were surprised that it was above and beyond what we expected. Very neat, well-equipped and I could just put down my suit cases. Fantastic view of the city with a partial mountain and sea view. Fantastic restaurant within walking distance. Definitely first on the list for our next stay.
Upon arrival, Jaco received us with information that garage number 4 will open with a remote control's blue button. No button worked. On Monday, the TV didn't work until Tuesday afternoon, after I called. They then said that garage number 3 was the correct garage, but no key or remote worked. On Monday, builders started chipping away at apartment 602 which continued until we left the place on Wednesday. They also used drills. Total and all one big failure. The owner must have known that the builders would be noisy from 08:00 to 16:00. I cannot recommend this apartment at all. Don't know what else could happen. The aquarium was good and we enjoyed it.

House rules
A standard key and breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflect in our account before arrival. We will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest's account.
If none of the two options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a min fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
A late check-in fee is applicable for check-in after 18:00.
