The double-storey townhouse can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Both of the bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and both of the rooms have access to their own en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath and a shower, while the second bedroom’s en-suite is fitted with a shower. The third bathroom is shared and contains a shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a dining table. A washing machine is available for the guests convenience and there is a communal tumble dryer in the estate. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
Guests have access to a balcony with outdoor furniture and a wood braai, an enclosed garden, a communal swimming pool and secure parking on the premises.
Guests can access the path that leads around the water canal via our garden gate and stroll around the waterways or walk to Intaka Island to bird watch, which is approximately 850 m away. Amenities like shops and restaurants in Canal Walk are a short walk away or a 1.6km drive from the property.
Milnerton Beach front is a 7-minute drive.
Century City is conveniently located near Durbanville Wine Farms and close to the N1 &N7, and just 11.4kms (15 minutes) to the V&A Waterfront.
