Very tidy, hospitable, clean and value for money. Even if it was only one night, I would recommend it to anyone who needs to stay overnight - 1 night or more. Very comfortable and everything works perfectly.

We were 2 families staying at Welcome Home Cottage. The owners' hospitality was some of the best I have ever experienced. The units were very luxurious and modern and there really was everything and more. Lights for load shedding, water bags, beautiful bedding and the kitchen was full of goodies. Will always stay there and recommend for sure. Thank you Ian and Michelle.
We received a great and friendly welcome. The cottage is cosy and comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It is also clean and neat. Breakfast in the cottage is an icing on the cake. The kids also had a great swim. I highly recommend the place. I haven't seen such a place in a while, it ticks all the boxes. Well done to Ian, Michelle and the staff.

All the finishing touches - 3 different kinds of cereals, butter, jam, bread to toast, muffins, juice and yoghurt for breakfast plus small chocolate on our pillow - made it feel this way. My husband, daughter and I enjoyed the amazing hospitality of Ian and Michelle at Welcome Home Cottage. The Cottage is beautifully decorated without clutter, it is comfortable and clean and deserves the name of Welcome Home Cottage. Our hosts were pleasant and informative, we were duly spoiled by Maureen who maintains the cottage and ensures adequate provisions in the refrigerator. We will certainly make this our desired stay when returning to Piermaritzburg as we surely will be doing in the near future. Thank you to Ian and Michelle for your friendly welcome - you made our stay such a pleasure.
Ian and Michelle are hospitable, warm and make you feel at home as if you were family. Always neat and clean. The braai place is also very comfortable and private. We would love to go to your home.

Value for money.
We received such a great welcome, everything is just there including breakfast. We even had chocolates waiting for us and they were the sweetest thing ever. Definitely coming back and I have recommended this place to my sisters and friends.
Felt very much at home with a charming host.
We were on a biking holiday and Cascades bike park is 3 min away, on your bike! The rooms are comfortable and clean with great beds. Breakfast is, as advertised, "continental", provided in the fridge in your room and was ok, when you knew what to expect. A full DStv bouquet was nice to have. Location is perfect with easy access to and from the N3 with two shopping centres with good restaurants a few minutes away. Highly recommended!

Very neat unit and friendly people, well located, everything we needed was there. There were delicious biscuits, yogurt, muffins etc. in the fridge for a quick breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

Clean, neat and practical layout and beautiful. Ian and Michelle walk the extra mile for their guests. There was no water because of the water restrictions, but Ian was prepared and switched over to his water tanks.

The accommodation is close to the main roads. You have your own private entrance, which makes it very convenient. The house is clean and has everything you could need to cook your own food. Hospitality and service is excellent. Had a very nice stay and will book here again.
