On the top floor, the air-conditioned main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The TV room has a double pull-out sleeper couch. The other 2 bedroom, on the ground-floor, each has a double bed and share the second bathroom.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary facilities needed for a carefree, self-catering stay. The living area has comfortable seating and a TV with full DStv.
The Verandah looks out over the bushveld where wild animals and breathtaking sunsets can be spied.
The house also features braai facilities and a boma and Jacuzzi.
There are numerous hiking trails that lead adventurers through the many indigenous trees. There are giraffes, wildebeest, numerous buck species and other wildlife to admire in the park.
There is a general store at the security gates as well as a liquor store, swimming pool and restaurant. In town, there is a community hall, play park for the children, library and general practitioner's office.

It had been a lovely weekend. The house was clean. Air conditioners were a plus. The warthogs with their many children entertained us. The kudus and zebras who occasionally came to beg for another fruit were very special.

We really enjoyed the weekend - the house is very well equipped and has everything you could need available. The wildlife often come to the lapa turn for something to eat, so make sure to bring enough 'bush food'!
We had such a great time at Wharthog Corner Leeupoort. The house was clean, comfortable and well kitted out. Everything we needed was there. The entertainment area is very special; you can see and feed all the animals, but they can't get directly into your area, which is great as warthogs can be demanding sometimes. The jacuzzi was wonderful, and the sun room overlooking the bird feeder and bush baby deck was amazing. Sharon was an amazing host, always friendly and available to answer any questions. We were 3 couples, and the house was perfect for us. We highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Quiet and affordable!
Beautiful, peaceful place where your soul can rest. Very wild that is very tame. Children fed kudus with sweet potatoes and had a great time playing on the grass. Nagapie came to drink coffee together in the evenings. Mom could sit quietly while the dishwasher did her job.

Wharthog Corner Leeupoort is home away from home. Very peaceful, the kids had lots of fun in the Jacuzzi. We did not have to drive around to look for animals we were visited by a lot of them and colourful birds. The house was fully equipped, we had everything one can need in a house. Would definitely visit again.
Our stay at Wharthog Corner Leeupoort was fantastic. Everything was neat and clean and Sharon, the owner, goes to great lengths to ensure that your break is stress-free. The Jacuzzi was of course a highlight.
Accommodation is very neat. Everything and more you need is available. Efforts were made before our arrival. The children were not bored for a moment and we and our friends could have a leisurely visit, drive around and walk. Will definitely book again.

The accommodation was neat and clean and so much space. It's incredibly peaceful and enjoyed the beautiful scenery outside. Nice hiking trails and the best of all were probably the animal interactions on our back porch.

Die was een van die lekkerste naweke in 'n lang tyd. Ons was heeltyd in kontak met die eienaar wat vir seker het alles was in plek. Ek sal dit aanbeveel vir almal om te besoek. Die diere is ongelooflik mak. Beslis die moeite werd.
This was our third time in Leeupoort and our first time at Warthog Corner. The house is well equipped with everything you need and everything was neat and clean. The wildlife also quickly learned where they get forest food all day. The jacuzzi was of course a plus. Would we book again at Warthog Corner? Definitely! Highlight was how many animals came to eat. Really nice place. Very private and enough shade trees and a lapa. Jacuzzi was also a highlight. Boma so among the animals was nice. The bedrooms with aircon were so nice and the bed in the upper room sleeps like a dream. Plekkie is also child-friendly. Weekend was just too short. One last word, it was fantastic!

The different rooms that all have doors to the outside are a plus. The relaxation area outside is very nicely laid out and the Jacuzzi was thoroughly enjoyed. The additional sunroom and balcony is an absolute plus. Nice getaway spot for large families with children with friends, etc. What a cute little place.

Wharthog Corner is an amazing place to be with your family to unwind and connect with nature. We had a wonderful time and will recommend it to everyone. The kids enjoyed being able to ride their bikes in the bush and the Jacuzzi was a big hit for them. Sharon is an amazing host and available 24/7 to assist with any needs. She really goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay. We will be back.
The accommodation was of high quality, neat and clean. The tranquility, the beautiful nature and the variation of animals made it very special. Will go again for sure.
House can accommodate large family with ease with all amenities. Lots of space in kitchen and living area and lapa. Wonderful experience that animals come to "visit" lapa. We were able to hand-feed forest food to zebras, blue wildebeest, nyalas, impalas and the largest kudus. Warthogs also provided great entertainment. Could also watch television every night just after sunset from the one room's porch which is covered with mesh with two nightstands that are illuminated meters from you with infra red light. Wharthog Corner offers everything one needs to relax in the woodland. The animals are an experience and come to people. No need to drive far to see animals. Beautiful pond with beautiful nature within walking distance. The windows of the unit make it feel like you are in the bush, even though you are inside the house. Unit very private. Really enjoyed the break!
We had a wonderful time, house was clean and neat, was great that there were air cons in the rooms as the heat was uncomfortable at night when sleeping. The Jacuzzi was a real treat to just relax and cool down in the summer heat, my daughter and wife could have stayed in it for longer. The animals were amazing, coming up to us all the time looking for food. You were able to feed them right out of your hand, we even had a warthog wander into the kitchen, what a great photo shot that was and something you don't see very often. There is an abundance of trees all around you and you really feel like you are living in the bush. We were only there for a weekend, however next time, I would stay longer just to explore more of the surroundings, definitely would recommend Warthog Corner and Sharon for all her friendly assistance.

What a pleasure it was to stay at Warthog Corner. Very peaceful with lots of visiting animals and birds. The house was clean and comfortable and well equipped and the owners were very helpful and only a phone call away if there was any problem. The entertainment area with built-in braai, comfortable seating and big table was lovely to sit outside at any time of day and the Jacuzzi was a real treat! Would recommend Wharthog Corner, excellent value for money and will definitely be planning a trip back there! It gets 5 stars from us!
Wharthog Corner is a well-appointed 3-bedroom house with a Jacuzzi and a large outside entertainment lapa. Everything is clean and all the details are thought through. Being located in the Leeupoort Vakansiedorp means that one is surrounded by animals and the daily interactions with warthogs, eland, zebra, kudu, mongoose, etc was a real highlight!
Thank you very much Sharon that I was able to visit and relax there so wonderfully, the place is super clean and tidy and located in the perfect place. It was an incredible experience to get so close to the animals and feed them as well. It was my best vacation ever! I would go back anytime and definitely recommend a holiday at Whartog Corner to anyone!
The whole experience was beautiful and peaceful. Good accommodation and nice interaction with the wildlife. Everything was well and neatly arranged which allowed us to rest. Something for everyone. Children to adults. Cleaning services are a bit expensive, but the house is arranged in such a way that it was not difficult to keep it clean yourself. One of the better experiences and would be happy to refer others there.

My blind friend and I visited Warthog. Thank you very much Sharon for jou friendliness, help and good service. Andries, the workers, were so friendly and showed us the ropes of how everything works. Feeding the animals was definitely a good idea. We enjoyed it a lot to sit on the veranda and watch the animals grazing. My friend really enjoyed the Jacuzzi and felt safe with the wall between us and the animals. Die house is spacious, luxurious and well equipped. Definitely value for money. The visit exceeded our expectations and we look forward to visit again. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience.
What a lovely place! The situation is perfect and there were lots of animals coming to say hi/ My daughter (9) enjoyed the interaction with the animals so much! The owners are so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much and would recommend this to any other person!

The animal life was wonderful and it was quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and full of all the necessary tools. Everything was neat. The Jacuzzi was very nice. Andries was very helpful. Only suggestion is to email along a photo of the layout of the Leeupoort holiday town to see where Dwarfgreenstraat is located.
It was such a special place to celebrate my birthday. The animals (which we could fed) were a real treat. Everything inside the house and in the garden were neat, tidy and in excellent condition. Sharon were in contact the whole time to make sure everything is okay. Will surely come back for this.

We will go back again. It was an awesome house, clean, and had all the necessities like crockery.
The best of all is that there is a stock of game snacks that you can give the animal guests! Only thing that is not perfect is the driveway, it is too narrow. One thing I didn't like is that the house keeper came in too early to clean the place, I also work in the industry so I know how it works. I would have preferred that she only came around 10:00 when we were already on our way out.
Very nice and quaint spot in the bushveld, good value for money. We were there for a function so we weren't at the lodge for a long period of time, but we enjoyed the braai and Jacuzzi nonetheless.
