Zeezicht Villa is located in Jacobs Bay which is situated between Vredenburg and Saldanha. This beautiful gem of a home that is 100 m from the beach, will be the perfect spot for a family holiday or a group of friends.

This house can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, double basin and toilet. These 2 rooms have direct access to a balcony with sea views. There is a third bedroom upstairs with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom fitted with a shower, a basin and a toilet.

There are another 2 bedrooms of which one has 2 three-qaurter beds and the other is furnished with a double bed. These 2 bedrooms can make use of the main bathroom fitted with a corner bath and a shower. There is an additional guest toilet.

There is a spacious and beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery as well as a 4-seater breakfast bar. A dishwasher and a washing machine are available.

Leading from the kitchen is a lounge area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels and a Bluetooth soundbar. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Guests can enjoy their meals in the dining area at the 10-seater dining table that leads to another cosy lounge area with a lovely fireplace.

The house features both indoor and outdoor braai facilities with enough seating for everyone by the fire.

The house has an inverter and battery in case of load shedding.
